1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Content & Streaming

The Platform provides access to movies, web series, and related audiovisual content ("Content") for personal, non-commercial, in-home viewing only. Content availability, video quality, and catalogue are subject to change without notice and may vary based on your subscribed plan.

• Trailers and previews are freely accessible to all users, including guests.
• Full-length Content is unlocked only for users with an active paid (or admin-granted) subscription.
• You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly exhibit, or create derivative works from any Content, except through features we explicitly provide within the Platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans, pricing, and validity periods are displayed on the Subscribe page and may be updated by us from time to time; changes will not affect a plan you have already paid for until it expires. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, CCAvenue, and/or PayU); we do not store your full card or bank details. 4. Referral Program & Wallet

Referral rewards and wallet earnings are credited per the terms displayed within the Wallet & Referrals section of the Platform at the time you earn them, and may be adjusted, capped, or discontinued by us at our discretion for future earnings. Withdrawal of wallet balances requires completed, accurate bank or UPI payout details on your Profile and is subject to the minimum withdrawal amount shown at the time of your request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others or use the Platform simultaneously beyond your plan's device limit; (b) attempt to circumvent content protection, geographic restrictions, or subscription checks; (c) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform; or (d) upload, transmit, or facilitate any unlawful, infringing, or harmful material through any feature of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content, trademarks, logos, and the Platform's design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform or its Content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity (including referral or payment fraud), or for prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
