Usage data: content you watch, watch progress and history, watchlist entries, search queries, and general app interaction data, used to power features like "Continue Watching" and recommendations.
Device & technical data: device model, operating system, unique device identifier, IP address, and app version, used for security, troubleshooting, and enforcing device limits on your subscription plan.
Payment data: transaction and subscription history. Full card/bank credentials for payments are handled directly by our payment gateway partners (Razorpay, CCAvenue, PayU) - we do not receive or store your full card number or CVV.

To create and manage your account, and authenticate you via OTP or password login.
To provide, personalise, and improve the streaming experience (recommendations, continue watching, search).
To process subscription payments, referral rewards, and wallet withdrawals.

Payment gateway partners (Razorpay, CCAvenue, PayU) - to process subscription payments.
SMS gateway providers - to deliver OTP messages to your mobile number.
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers - to store and serve app data and content.
Law enforcement or regulators - only where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

Your data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never visible to our staff. You can view and update most of your profile information at any time from the Profile section of the Platform.
